Really good Hospitality and Fine Views

The reception staff provided a complimentary room upgrade, it was a welcome surprise. I appreciated the really good service from the staff (especially the warm welcome from the reception). The view from my room was amazing, offering a amazing panorama. I also found the location convenient with easy access to key attractions.

The elevator wait times were occasionally long due to the hotel's height, so I factored in extra time when heading out.

Really good Stay!!!

helpful staff amazing view convenient location

The early check-in was accommodated, and the staff were very helpful. My room had an amazing view from the 54th floor. I appreciated the location because the metro station is directly across the road. There were also many supermarkets nearby.

Elevators were very slow. I waited quite a long time to reach my floor. I noticed the lifts became especially busy during breakfast hours.

The hotel has a great location near the metro. i had views of the museum of the future from my room. breakfast had varied choices. I enjoyed trying many dishes. the staff were helpful when i needed assistance with directions.

the tv in my room did not work. according to the receptionist, it was under maintenance. i wish they would fix this before the next guest checks in. it would have enhanced my experience.

top floor surprise treat great hospitality excellent location

The staff treated me like a VIP. I received a top floor room and a surprise treat (lovely chocolates!), though I only stayed one night. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an experience with great hospitality. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

The elevators were a bit slow during peak times, resulting in a short waiting period.
